CONTROLLER
Salary:
$140,000 – $164,000 Base Our client is a rapidly expanding company seeking a Controller to join their team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF CONTROLLER
Leadership:
Manage your team and develop the
Accounting Manager Financial Statements:
Manage the financial statements ensuring accuracy.
Financial Analysis:
Conduct in-depth financial analysis of property portfolios to support strategic decision-making.
Month-End Close:
Manage month-end close processes, including reconciliations and journal entries, to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
Budgeting and Forecasting:
Manage & Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to budgeting and forecasting activities for assigned properties.
Audit Support:
Manage the preparation for audits, providing necessary documentation and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
QUALIFICATIONS OF THE CONTROLLER
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 5+ years of real estate, property management experience HUD, Public Housing, Rural Development, LIHTC #
