Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all accounting operations, including month-end close, financial reporting, and internal controls as the Controller Manage and mentor the accounting team, fostering development and accountability Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements Partner with leadership to support strategic planning and business decisions

Qualifications:

7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership experience Strong knowledge of financial reporting, GAAP, and internal controls Hands-on, collaborative leader with strong communication skills #INAPR2026
