Controller Location:
Port Washington Compensation:
$140,000 – $160,000 + bonus The Opportunity Our client is seeking a hands-on Controller to lead the accounting function in a growing manufacturing environment. This role will partner closely with leadership, drive financial accuracy, and support operational decision-making. Responsibilities Oversee all accounting operations (GL, AP/AR, payroll, close) Manage monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes Prepare financial statements and internal reporting Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Ensure GAAP compliance and maintain strong internal controls Support leadership with financial insights and analysis Manage and develop accounting team Lead/support financial consolidations Profile Manufacturing industry experience required Experience with consolidations preferred Currently at Controller level or ready to step up Strong understanding of GAAP and cost accounting Proven leadership and ability to operate both strategically and tactically Compensation $140K – $160K base + bonus opportunity #LI-AE1 EB-1980510688
