Assistant Account Manager / Commercial Assistant - Insurance Industry Snapp & Associates (Agency Partner of ALKEME Insurance) $22 - $23/hour | Full-Time | Onsite Snapp & Associates , an Agency Partner of ALKEME Insurance , is seeking a detail-oriented and professional Assistant Account Manager to support daily office operations in our San Diego, CA location. The Assistant Account Manager / Commercial Assistant supports Account Managers by handling delegated tasks, servicing client accounts efficiently, and delivering high-quality customer service to support the success of the commercial lines team. Company Perks 100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision for employee-only plans PTO and company-paid holidays 401(k) plan with employer contribution Opportunities for career growth and professional development within a nationwide network Collaborative, high-energy work environment What You'll Do as the Assistant Account Manager / Commercial Assistant Maintain accurate client information in Applied EPIC Submit applications to carriers and follow up on quotations Review audits, policies, binders, and endorsements Issue Certificates and Evidence of Insurance Respond to client requests and process incoming mail promptly Assist clients with claims reporting, invoicing, and premium finance options Prepare proposals for new and renewal business Perform online rating and order loss runs as needed Support team projects, workflow management, and cross-department coverage Maintain confidentiality and stay informed on industry updates and coverages What We're Looking For High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred 2+ years of insurance account support experience preferred Active Property & Casualty Broker/Agent license required Strong knowledge of commercial insurance coverages and markets Excellent organizational, multitasking, and customer service skills Proficiency with Applied EPIC and Microsoft Office Suite •This position is primarily focused on administrative support and data entry. Although it is not a traditional Receptionist or Front Desk role, it does involve office coordination and general support duties. Why ALKEME?
