Job Description

  • Only qualified Data Entry Operator candidates located near the Hartford CT & San Antonio TX area to be considered to the position
  • Required Skills, Experience & Abilities:

  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

  • Demonstrates effective communication skills and strong writing skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Group Benefits insurance products, enrollment types and medical. underwriting guidelines.
  • Basic knowledge of Case Management.
Responsibilities:
  • Accurately produce and modify enrolment forms, benefit highlight sheets, HartEnroll microsites, and premium worksheets.
  • Process employee information and coverage selections for personalized enrolment forms, ensuring accuracy and security of PII.
  • Maintain and manage work queue, interacting directly with business partners to consult on processes and deliverables.
  • Contribute to the development of new or enhanced processes, materials, and offerings, participating in the implementation of approved ideas.
  • Collaborate with team members and representatives from other departments to ensure customer expectations are met.
  • Deliver consistently accurate and cost-effective materials for standard and non-standard enrolment requests.
  • Develop and maintain expertise on team procedures, policies, and end-to-end enrolment processes in an ever-changing environment.
