Estimating Support Assistant (Entry-Level) Smithfield, NC — Full-Time, In-Office $18-$21 per hour AmeriMex Drywall, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Estimating Support Assistant to join our office in Smithfield, NC. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants a long-term office career in the construction industry and enjoys learning new skills. This is an entry-level , in-office role (not remote or field work). We provide full training. Responsibilities Learn to read construction blueprints (we will train you) Assist with digital takeoffs using construction software Prepare proposal documents and bid packages Organize project files, quantities, and data Send and track material and subcontractor pricing Maintain bid calendars and due dates General office support for the estimating team Requirements Applicants must meet ALL requirements: Legally authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship) Able to work in our Smithfield office Monday-Friday Comfortable using computers (email, PDFs, data entry) Reliable, organized, and willing to learn Good communication skills Reliable transportation Interest in long-term growth within the company Schedule Monday-Friday Full-time In-office only Compensation $18-$21 per hour to start Raises available as you grow into more estimating responsibilities Opportunity for long-term advancement Not a Fit For Anyone needing work sponsorship Anyone expecting $50K+ starting pay Anyone looking for short-term or temporary work Anyone unable to work in-office How to Apply Submit your resume directly through Indeed.
