We are seeking motivated recent college graduates to join our rapidly growing team as an Associate Broker. This role will be based in Malvern, PA and is on-site in office. This entry-level role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting a team of brokers in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will develop critical skills, obtain broker licensure, and advance toward a broker role within the organization.WE WILL COUNT ON YOU TO
Create and manage renewal solicitations to clients and carriers Prepare and distribute renewal proposals accurately and timely Oversee policy issuance processes ensuring compliance and accuracy Support brokers with daily administrative and operational tasks Facilitate communication with clients and insurance carriers Perform data entry and maintain detailed policy documentation Track critical deadlines and ensure timely follow-up Assist with ad-hoc projects and special assignments as neededDay-to-Day Activities:
You will work closely with brokers to coordinate renewal activities, manage policy documentation, and communicate with clients and carriers. Your role will involve multitasking across various administrative duties, maintaining organized records, and ensuring deadlines are met. You will also participate in ongoing training sessions to deepen your understanding of our product lines, with a particular focus on cyber insurance.WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE
Progress towards a bachelor's degree with a graduation date of Winter 2025 or Spring 2026 Degree program in Business, Finance, Risk Management Insurance, Analytics, Economics, Mathematics, Liberal Arts, or a related field Authorized to work in the U.S on an ongoing basis without sponsorship now or in the future Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple responsibilities effectivelyLocation:
