TEXAS REFINERY CORP
, a leader in the specialty lubricants industry for more than 103 years, is seeking a full-time Office Assistant at our corporate headquarters located in Fort Worth, TX. TRC manufactures a line of superior lubricants and related items marketed to manufacturing, agriculture, construction, transportation, and many other industries.
Responsibilities:
Maintain a good working relationship with customers and salespeople by responding to all inquiries and complaints concerning receipts and invoices in a courteous and efficient manner. Research outstanding balances and take necessary collection actions. Communicate identified credit risk accounts to management as required. Research and examine customer credit risks, assess credit history. Collect payments and maintain accounts. Assist customers with product returns and damaged/lost merchandise. Effectively prioritize work to ensure efficiency. Other duties as required and assigned.
Communication skills:
Document customer account activities thoroughly and concisely. Engage in interactive dialogue with customers through active listening. Approach problems logically and with good judgment. Requirements High School diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) and two (2) years administrative office experience; or any equivalent combination of education, training, certification, and related experience. Excellent computer skills with experience using Microsoft Office Suite. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Professional demeanor and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively with others. Professional oral and written communication skills. Dependable and responsible. Requires constant sitting, stooping, bending, walking, standing, ascending, or descending stairs, and lifting up to 10 pounds.
