The role involves supporting financial advisory services, focusing on AI project management to enhance client interactions and internal processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing AI projects within financial services and working with client-facing technology solutions. Description Support financial advisory services and client associates in their interactions with financial advisors. Develop and manage online portals for digital transactions and client dashboards. Work on systems that facilitate advisor-client interactions and leadership dashboards. Develop an AI chatbot to assist with accessing firm-wide information and resources. Emphasize AI project management experience within financial advisory contexts. Key Responsibilities Oversee the development and implementation of client-facing systems. Manage AI-driven projects to improve internal and external client interactions. Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance digital transaction portals. Lead initiatives to create client and advisor dashboards. Ensure the AI chatbot meets the needs of financial advisors and internal clients. Qualifications Proven experience in AI project management within financial services. Strong understanding of client-facing technology solutions. Experience in developing and managing digital transaction systems. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
