Job Description:

Financial Analyst - $92k + generous bonus Top ranked financial institution looking for a Financial Analyst to join its expanding team. There are 3 openings on this team due to internal promotions! This organization is known for their benefits, work life balance and exceptional bonus structure. They are currently working Monday and Friday from home, with Tuesday through Thursday in the office.

Responsibilities:

Assist in developing the consolidated Annual Operating Plan (AOP) including the P&L, capital plan, balance sheet, and cash flow by partnering effectively with the finance leads and business heads responsible for each critical functional area of the company Develops monthly financial forecasts including the P&L, capital spending, balance sheet, and cash flow Conducts and consolidates insightful variance analyses to fully understand the drivers of business performance and to identify potential issues and opportunities. Effectively communicate this information to senior management Participates in the development of the annual Strategic Plan. Translates the impact of strategic initiatives to the long-term financial plan Develops discounted cash flow models to support capital investment decisions and ensure value creation Provides direct financial support to upper management responsible Perform ad hoc analyses as necessary Assess the current FP&A processes/tools and implement improvements

Requirements:

2+ years experience of financial planning and analysis experience within $500M+ corporation Considerable experience with Microsoft Office and other financial software systems
