We are looking for an experienced Financial Analyst to join a company we are working with. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning, analysis, and reporting, with a focus on improving organizational decision-making and performance and budgeting. This Financial Analyst role requires someone with keen attention to detail who can manage complex financial data and deliver actionable insights. This role is looking for someone with a minimum of 3+ years experience and someone looking for a next step in their career.

Financial Analyst Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain accurate budgeting and forecasting models to support business planning.
• Perform variance analysis to identify trends and discrepancies, providing recommendations for resolution.
• Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for senior management to support strategic decision-making.
