Job Description

Job Overview Delta Fabrication and Machine, Inc is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Financial / Cost Control Analyst to join our team. This position will play an important part in critical and strategic decision making via financial forecasting, analysis, and data. This position will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, providing insight to assist with business planning and operational performance. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, organized, and preferably bilingual. Key Responsibilities Analyze financial statements, job costing, and invoicing Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Develop reporting and maintain accurate records for budgeting and forecasting Work alongside multiple department leaders to assist and evaluate financial profit/loss and cost controls Ability to conduct variance analysis between actual and forecast budgeting Analyze profitability by product, customer, or vendors Assist with pricing and revenue Monitor and analyze company cost to ensure alignment with budgets Track actual expenses versus budget Prepare regular cost reports for management review Review purchase orders, invoices, and expense reports for accuracy and compliance Analyze material, labor, and overhead cost to identify any discrepancies. Evaluate pricing structures and supplier contract for cost optimization. Update cost projections based on operational changes. Support internal and external audits relating to cost reporting Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred 2-5+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, or related roll Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, (advanced formulas, pivot tables, modeling) Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organization skills Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy Excellent organizational and time-management skills Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
