Rebate Analyst Location:

Raritan, NJ (3 days onsite, remainder remote)

Duration:

12-month contract (extensions + potential for conversion)

Pay Rate:

$25-28/hour Required Qualifications 1-3 year of experience in a business-related field (finance, operations, healthcare, etc.) Contracting (drafting paper, procurement, understanding contract terms and connect back to data) Microsoft Excel proficiency, including pivot tables and VLookups Ability to manage data, identify trends, and improve workflows Preferred Qualifications Exposure to Medicaid, rebate processing, or healthcare compliance Familiarity with tools such as CORE/Medicaid systems, CCRA, or Content Manager Understanding of contracting, pricing, and healthcare industry dynamics Overview Seeking a Rebate Analyst to support Government Rebate Operations, with a focus on Medicaid rebate processing, dispute resolution, and payment accuracy. This role sits within a highly visible function responsible for ensuring compliant and timely rebate payments across complex healthcare customer networks.

Key Responsibilities Core Focus Areas Medicaid Rebate Operations:

Oversee rebate analysis, payment processing, and dispute resolution

Contracting & Pricing Support:

Assist with managed markets agreements, pricing structures, and eligibility rules tied to healthcare networks

Specialty Contract Management:

Support contract setup and maintenance, ensuring accurate pricing logic and product alignment

Roster & Membership Management:

Validate and maintain customer eligibility data, ensuring accurate mapping and minimizing downstream errors
