What you will be doing Lead management accounts and financial reporting across multiple business units Drive cash flow and working capital optimisation Improve stock and inventory processes and visibility Strengthen audit readiness, controls, and financial governance Identify and implement system and process improvements Partner with leadership to provide commercial insights What We're Looking For CA(SA) / CIMA or similar 10+ years' finance experience preferably within retail, manufacturing, FMCG or similar Strong technical grounding in accounting, reporting, and controls Proven exposure to stock/inventory environments Experience with cash flow and working capital management Commercial mindset with the ability to engage senior stakeholders A proactive, driven individual ready to step into a broader leadership role Willing to work across two separate locations What's In It for You Opportunity to shape and modernise finance within a growing business Exposure to a diverse, multi-entity environment Flexible working approach
