Job Description $120K-$180K Base + Bonus Opportunities | Hybrid - Fairfield, CT (Mondays in office) We're hiring a Lead Financial Planner/Advisor on behalf of a fast-growing, planning-first wealth management firm in Southern Connecticut. This isn't a back-seat support role. This is a true lead advisor seat with heavy emphasis on financial planning, in a firm that is scaling intentionally-and looking for someone who wants to grow with it.

What You'll Own:
Creating and delivering comprehensive financial plans for new clients Leading plan presentations (primarily via Zoom) Serving as the primary advisor and point of contact post-onboarding Coordinating implementation with operations and admin support Continuously improving processes to help build an elite, scalable client experience
Who Thrives Here:
