Job Description:

FP&A Manager/ Established healthcare organization serving Central and Lower Delaware is seeking a Manager of Decision Support to lead financial analytics, service line performance evaluation, and strategic planning initiatives. This role will partner closely with executive leadership to provide actionable insights that drive operational and financial performance. Responsibilities Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate capital projects, including ROI, NPV, IRR, and payback period analysis Analyze service line profitability and partner with leadership to identify trends, variances, and performance improvement opportunities Lead regular financial review meetings to support data-driven decision-making. Manage ad hoc reporting requests. Mentor and develop team members within decision support and financial analytics functions Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Healthcare Administration, or related field (Master's or CPA preferred) 10+ years of progressive experience in financial planning, decision support, or healthcare finance Strong understanding of financial modeling, budgeting, and performance analytics Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement, cost reporting, and regulatory requirements preferred Generous compensation and comprehensive benefit package, Relocation assistance available.
