In addition to the below, you have a responsibility to expand a business practice by use of effective prospecting and referral-based strategies, as well as identifying and cultivating new client relationships within target markets. Your earning potential is upside with a draw against commission set up that is further explained in the interview process. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree (Required) US Work Authorization Entrepreneurial Mindset--desire to work in a commission environment Interpersonal & Relationship Skills Desire to build a business for yourself but not by yourself Strong work ethic Coachable Desire to help others Have or willing to obtain a state Life/Health Insurance License, SIE, Series 7 & Series 66
