Financial Services Administrative Assistant Manchester, IA 52057 Part-time, Full-time Part-time, Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Financial Services Administrative Assistant to join our team! In this vital role, you will serve as the backbone of our financial operations, providing exceptional administrative support to ensure smooth daily functions. Your energetic approach and organizational prowess will help us deliver outstanding customer service, and support our financial team with precision. Duties and Responsibilities:
Preparing, reviewing, and processing new account paperwork, transfers, and service requests. Maintaining client database, ensuring accurate recordkeeping, and organizing electronic and paper files. Ensuring all paperwork adheres to company policies and compliance regulations. Greeting clients including answering the phones and resolving client service requests. Boost efficiency with proactive support. Any other tasks as needed. Educational and/or
Other Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in finance, business administration, accounting, or related field. Prior relevant work experience is preferred - background in finance, accounting, tax, and computer software programs is a plus, but will consider candidates with less experience who display necessary attributes for job success. Excellent computer skills; Microsoft Office Suite Knowledge (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Attention to detail and possess excellent organizational and writing skills Eagerness to work independently as well as part of a team with flexibility and willingness to learn and take initiative on a variety of tasks and projects. Ability to handle sensitive client financial information with discretion. Willing to be challenged and provide accurate work in a timely manner.
Organizational Relationships:
Contact with management, co-workers, vendors and clients- requiring reasonable tact, discretion, consistency, self-expression and professionalism. Must have the ability to handle confidential information regarding clients, the company, vendors and be able to maintain that confidentiality in a professional manner.
