Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary lender for the branch, handling most loan inquiries including credit cards, personal loans, auto loans, and HELOC applications. Process consumer loans of varying complexity, value, and risk. Interview loan applicants, gather background information, and obtain credit bureau reports. Open consumer and business accounts and cross-sell applicable products and services. Ensure compliance with credit union policies as well as state and federal regulations. Maintain thorough knowledge of all share account products and assist members in selecting options that best meet their needs. Educate members by building relationships and recommending additional products and services. Stay current on credit union products, services, policies, procedures, and regulations. Support branch and organizational lending goals. Respond to member inquiries regarding accounts, transactions, and concerns. Resolve issues directly or refer members to appropriate staff when needed. At least one year of experience as an

MSR I/MSR II

is preferred. Previous experience with Symitar and LoansPQ is preferred. Excellent written, verbal, and electronic communication skills. Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and make thoughtful product recommendations. Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and related software. Willing to obtain a notary license within 6 months.
