We are seeking reliable, hard-working, detail-oriented and cheerful individuals who share our passion for nature's beauty to join us in stewarding our clients' cherished outdoor spaces.

Responsibilities:

Conduct routine garden maintenance, including weeding, watering, fertilizing, pruning, staking and clipping edges Prepare garden beds for planting by amending and turning soil Execute proper planting of annuals, perennials, shrubs and small trees Spread mulch with precision and neatness Monitor plant health and apply organic solutions to pests & disease Keep outdoor spaces tidy by raking and sweeping Provide clear & concise reporting on completed tasks Possess a sense of ownership and pride in excellent work Maintain a spirit of collaboration and curiosity

Requirements:

Love of the outdoors, plants, wildlife and garden spaces Desire to learn about horticulture and best garden practices Strong work ethic and ability to prioritize tasks A valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from work Physical fitness and ability to lift 50 lbs, crouch, bend, kneel and maintain energy through full days of physical work outside Preparation and hardiness to work in varying weather conditions that include heat & humidity, cold & wind, and light rain Professional and positive demeanor Calm, respectful communication with team members and clients. We do not mow lawns or use power tools. Experience with horticulture is desirable but not required. Our ideal candidate will possess the strength and stamina required for physical labor, excellent attention to detail, a spirit of collaboration and enthusiasm for learning. Hiring part-time (8-24h weekly) positions, Mon-Fri, with typical hours from 7:30am - 4pm. Work is weather-dependent and seasonal from March - December.
