Full-time Overview An established sediment control and construction support company is hiring a Crew Foreman with experience in fine grading, hydroseeding, and erosion & sediment control. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can run a crew, read plans, and deliver quality site work. Responsibilities Lead and work alongside crew members on grading and site development projects Perform fine grading and lawn establishment (seeding & hydroseeding) Read and interpret site plans, elevations, and specifications Set and transfer grades accurately Install sediment and erosion control systems Oversee installation of drains, rain leaders, and basic hardscaping Ensure job site safety, quality, and productivity Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Experience operating trucks and trailers Ability to read and understand construction plans Strong leadership and communication skills Reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented Preferred Qualifications 3+ years fine grading & seeding experience 3+ years sediment & erosion control installation 1+ year as a foreman or crew leader Heavy equipment operating experience CDL license (preferred) Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus Benefits Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Paid Time Off Paid Holidays Company Uniforms Schedule Monday to Friday 8-10 hour shifts Overtime and weekends as needed Additional Information Drug-free workplace Candidates with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Must be able to relocate to or commute to Manchester, MD before starting Work performed at multiple job sites Apply Today Apply directly through Indeed Or call: 410-239-0355 ext. 100 In person: 4175 Hanover Pike, Manchester, MD 21102
