Job Description

Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Fingerprint Technician and play a vital role in helping licensed professionals obtain their Florida certifications and credentials. You will be responsible for greeting clients, collecting high-quality fingerprints, and processing background screenings through the state's LiveScan system. This is a paid position that offers an excellent opportunity to develop valuable technical skills in a fast-paced, impactful environment while supporting Florida's licensed professionals. Key Responsibilities Collect fingerprints with precision and strict adherence to FDLE (Florida Department of Law Enforcement) protocols Operate specialized LiveScan biometric equipment and computer forensic tools Prepare detailed documentation and reports of all fingerprint collection procedures Maintain accurate records of fingerprint data and evidence logs Collaborate with the Florida Department of Law Enforcement Perform quality control checks on fingerprint images and data to ensure accuracy and compliance Ensure proper handling, security, and confidentiality of all sensitive biometric information Requirements Prior experience is not required - we provide full training Strong ability to collect quality fingerprint and biometric data Basic knowledge of computers and digital data collection methods (training provided) Excellent customer service and communication skills High attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure Strong commitment to confidentiality, integrity, and legal compliance Professional appearance and positive attitude What We Offer Competitive pay Comprehensive training in LiveScan fingerprinting and FDLE procedures Opportunity to build a career in the growing field of biometric identification Supportive team environment focused on excellence and professional growth This is a great entry point into the biometric and forensic services industry.
