Aerotek is hiring for a Concrete Finisher / Form Carpenter with WEEKLY pay! $25-$30+/HR

DAY SHIFT

Job Overview Aerotek is actively hiring Concrete Finishers and Form Carpenters for commercial construction projects throughout the Pittsburgh area. This is a full-time, steady opportunity with a well-established contractor known for high-quality work and investment in modern equipment. Key Responsibilities Perform grading, setup, pouring, and finishing of concrete (floors, sidewalks, curbs, stairs) Set proper elevations using lasers, string lines, skid steers, and hand tools Build and install wooden concrete forms to spec Install rebar, wire mesh, and expansion joints Prepare work areas using poly, tape, and protective materials Monitor site conditions and adjust for proper concrete curing Use screeds, floats, and power/hand trowels to level and finish surfaces Install anchor bolts, plates, and embedded fixtures Finish concrete to required texture, grade, and appearance standards Required Skills Prior experience in concrete finishing and/or form carpentry Strong ability with hand and power tools Knowledge of concrete placement and finishing techniques Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions Reliable and able to work a consistent first-shift schedule Preferred Qualifications Experience in commercial construction Experience in rough or finish carpentry Equipment experience (skid steers, mini-excavators, etc. ) Familiarity with ACI standards (a plus) Experience with laser screeds, robotic layout tools, or ride-on trowels Previous crew lead or supervisory experience Why Work Here? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
