Temporary-to-Hire Position Overview Adecco is partnering with a manufacturing client in St. Croix Falls, WI to hire Custom Finishing Operator / Inspectors. This role is responsible for finishing products according to established procedures and ensuring all quality standards are met. Candidates who are detail-oriented, reliable, and enjoy hands-on work in a production environment are encouraged to . Key Responsibilities Follow all finishing procedures as outlined on finishing tickets Inspect products for quality issues and report defects to the supervisor or section leader Read and follow finishing instructions for each assigned function Complete required paperwork accurately and track quantities produced Fill out quality tickets to apany finished shipments any equipment or maintenance concerns to leadership Perform finishing tasks such as inspecting, cutting, folding, racking, and operating finishing equipment as trained Qualifications & Skills Ability to read and understand work tickets and instructions Strong attention to detail and counting skills Ability to distinguish colors and clearly see fabric details Comfortable using basic measuring tools such as tape measures and stitch counters Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 35 lbs occasionally Ability to pull containers weighing up to 70 lbs approximately 30 feet Frequent standing, walking, reaching, and pulling throughout the shift Additional Requirements Ability to meet production standards Willingness to work overtime when needed Reliable attendance and punctuality Commitment to safety and teamwork Why Work with Adecco Competitive pay Consistent schedule with long weekends Weekly pay through Adecco Opportunity to gain hands-on manufacturing experience Support from a dedicated Adecco team If you're dependable, detail-focused, and looking for a stable opportunity with a strong schedule, we'd love to connect. today to get started!

Pay Details:
