Job Summary Join our vibrant team as a Fireworks Stand Operator and ignite excitement during festive celebrations! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for managing a bustling fireworks stand, ensuring safe and efficient sales, engaging with customers, and creating memorable experiences for guests of all ages. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop customer service skills, manage sales transactions, and be part of a lively community celebration. We need operators in Butte, Three Forks, Anaconda, Ennis, and Dillon. There is room to set up a camper next to stands if needed. Responsibilities Operate the fireworks stand with enthusiasm, ensuring smooth daily operations and adherence to safety regulations Assist customers in selecting appropriate fireworks, providing clear instructions and safety information Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and giving change Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the stand to ensure a welcoming environment Manage guest interactions with professionalism, resolving conflicts promptly and courteously Support event management by coordinating with team members to ensure timely setup and breakdown of the stand Engage with guests by providing public speaking or demonstration when needed to enhance their experience Skills Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests of all ages confidently Experience in events management or hospitality environments that require multitasking under pressure Conflict management skills to handle challenging situations calmly and effectively Cash handling proficiency with attention to accuracy in transactions Background in lifeguard work or working with children is a plus for guest safety and engagement Public speaking abilities for demonstrations or guiding groups during festivities Previous experience in food service or theater can enhance guest interaction skills This position is ideal for energetic individuals who thrive in lively settings, enjoy working with people, and are committed to creating safe, enjoyable celebrations.
