A Retail Assistant Manager supports the store manager by overseeing daily operations, supervising staff, and driving sales to ensure a productive, customer-focused environment.

Key responsibilities include:

Training employees, handling inventory, resolving customer issues, managing schedules, and stepping into leadership roles in the manager's absence.

Core Responsibilities Operational Leadership:

Open/close the store, ensure safety compliance, and maintain visual merchandising standards.

Staff Management:

Train, coach, and schedule employees, as well as monitor performance.

Customer Service:

Address complaints, resolve issues quickly, and ensure high-quality service to maximize satisfaction.

Inventory & Sales:

Manage inventory levels, assist with merchandising, process shipments, and analyze sales reports.
