Role Description We are seeking a full-time First-Mile Dispatcher to join our on-site team at our Linden, NJ location. The First-Mile Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating the movement of goods from suppliers to fulfillment centers, ensuring smooth and timely transfers. Responsibilities include scheduling pick-ups, communicating with drivers and suppliers, maintaining accurate records, and addressing any logistical issues in real-time. This role requires excellent organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities

• Plan, adjust, and follow up on daily first-mile pickup routes
• Coordinate with fleets and drivers to ensure timely pickup completion
• Monitor driver performance, pickup quality, and route execution
• Communicate with warehouse teams to support material preparation, dock unloading, and return-to-warehouse handoff
• Track daily operating costs and support basic data analysis and process improvement
• Handle daily operational exceptions in a fast-paced environment Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Experience in logistics, warehousing, delivery operations, fleet management, or dispatching is preferred
• Entry-level candidates are welcome; we value strong ownership, learning ability, and a hands-on attitude
• Fluent in Mandarin and English for daily work communication
• Proficient in Excel with data analysis skills
• Strong communication, ownership, and problem-solving skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced, hands-on operations environment Preferred Experience
