FIT4MOM Monmouth County - Fitness Instructor & Community Builder Part-Time | Flexible Schedule | Monmouth County, NJ FIT4MOM Monmouth County is looking for an energetic, welcoming, and reliable fitness instructor to help grow a strong community for local moms through outdoor and indoor group fitness classes. This role is ideal for someone who: Loves fitness, wellness, and working with moms Naturally connects with people and builds community easily Enjoys leading group classes with warmth and confidence Is comfortable inviting friends, reposting content, and helping grow class attendance in a genuine, community-focused way This is primarily a fitness instructor role, with additional community-building responsibilities that help grow membership and class participation. ResponsibilitiesFitness Instruction Teach 2-5 FIT4MOM classes per week Learn and deliver FIT4MOM programming and class structure Create a welcoming, inclusive, positive class environment Learn participant names and build relationships with members Arrive prepared and on time for all scheduled classes Maintain a safe and professional class experience Community Building & Growth Support Repost FIT4MOM content on Instagram/Facebook stories Invite local moms and friends to try classes Help create a warm, connected community atmosphere Encourage trial participants to return Support occasional local events, partnerships, or pop-ups Qualifications Group fitness instruction experience preferred Willingness to learn FIT4MOM-specific programming and coaching methods Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable speaking in front of groups Self-motivated, dependable, and positive Passion for supporting moms and families Compensation $20 base pay per class Additional incentivized bonuses tied to class attendance and membership conversion Flexible scheduling Opportunity for growth into expanded leadership opportunities About
