Responsibilities Engage with prospective clients through proactive outreach, including cold calling and lead generation, to introduce them to our fitness programs and services Conduct comprehensive fitness assessments to understand clients' goals, health conditions, and preferences Present tailored product demos and fitness solutions that align with individual needs, emphasizing the benefits of our offerings Manage existing client accounts by providing ongoing support, tracking progress, and upselling additional services or memberships to enhance their experience Develop and execute territory management strategies to expand our client base within designated areas through targeted marketing and business development efforts Utilize CRM software to maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales activities, and follow-up schedules for effective account management Collaborate with management on sales strategies, territory planning, and analysis skills to optimize outreach efforts and maximize results Requirements Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or retail sales with a focus on customer service excellence Strong negotiation skills coupled with the ability to build lasting relationships through effective account management and inside sales techniques Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for lead tracking and customer relationship management Demonstrated success in territory management, lead generation, cold calling, and direct sales approaches Excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver engaging product demos and conduct thorough analysis of client needs Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their personal wellness goals Join us as a Fitness Consultant where your energy fuels success!
