The Fitness Specialist spends time setting up equipment with appropriate seat adjustments and weights according to member's workout charts, advising them when to increase weights and monitoring form on each machine in an effort to keep them engaged in their program and motivated to achieve their fitness goals. Responsible for fitness area including replenishing supplies, equipment cleanliness and general maintenance. Must be a strong communicator with a commitment to superior customer service excellence supporting members to achieve their goals with a keen eye on safety and proper form. Candidate must have the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment, have a commitment to fitness and wellness and continuous learning.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

: Our ideal candidate is pursuing or has earned a degree in Exercise Science, Physiology or related field and, or working towards a nationally recognized Personal Trainer Certification. CPR, First Aid, AED Certified, or willing to complete upon hire. Part time schedule and compensation to be determined. Can be ideal job to fit in around your other commitment. Share job details to
