Installation & Operations Technician

Operations & Installation Technician We are a growing outdoor living and shading company specializing in pergolas, shade systems, and custom exterior installations throughout Florida. We are looking for a hardworking, dependable, and motivated individual to join our team in a hands-on Operations & Installation Technician role. This is not a desk job. We want someone who is practical, hungry to learn, takes pride in their work, and is willing to help wherever needed. The role is varied and flexible, with no two weeks looking the same. One day you may be assisting with pergola installations on-site, another day organizing warehouse inventory, handling deliveries, preparing materials, or supporting general business operations. This role is ideal for somebody who wants to grow with a company long-term and become a key part of a fast-growing business. Responsibilities Assist with pergola, shade, and outdoor structure installations Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment Organize and maintain warehouse stock and inventory Complete deliveries, pickups, and material runs Support installation crews on job sites Maintain cleanliness and organization of company vehicles and warehouse Assist with general operational and day-to-day business tasks Help prepare materials and tools for upcoming installations Represent the company professionally with customers and contractors Requirements Valid Florida driver's license Ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in Florida weather Positive attitude and strong work ethic Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn Comfortable using basic hand and power tools Flexible mindset and team-oriented attitude Construction, installation, warehouse, or trade experience is a plus but not required

Compensation & Benefits Salary:
