Flat Rate Body Technician

The Turnersville Collision Center, a Penske Automotive Group affiliate, is looking for an experienced Body Technician to join our team and deliver extraordinary customer experiences.

As a Body Technician, you will perform repairs and maintenance work in accordance with factory and dealership specifications and time standards for an excellent customer experience. Expected pay for this position is $80,000 - $130,000 annually.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Genuine interest in providing an exceptional customer experience. Friendliness, enthusiasm, reliability, with a positive "team-player" attitude. Strong work ethic with the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. Safe working knowledge of shop tools and equipment, with 2-5 years of collision repair experience, and ASE certification preferred.

Understand and comply with all federal, state, and local regulations that affect body shop operations, such as handling and disposal of hazardous waste, OSHA, and use of safety and health personal protective equipment.
