Fleet and Fuel Supply Contract Manager Cornelius, NC 28031 Hybrid work Full-time Full-time Role Summary We are expanding our commercial team and seeking a motivated, relationship‑driven professional to help us grow our fleet network and secure long‑term fuel supply contracts. The Fleet and Fuel Supply Contract Manager is responsible for identifying, engaging, and onboarding fleet operators into Breeze fuel programs. This role is highly proactive and field‑oriented: you will be out in the market meeting fleet owners, presenting our value proposition, and securing signed agreements or LOIs for fuel purchases. This is a high‑impact role for someone who enjoys building relationships, opening new markets, and driving measurable commercial results. Key Responsibilities Identify and target fleet operators, logistics companies, and commercial vehicle groups within assigned regions Conduct outreach through field visits, calls, events, and direct engagement Present Cyclum/Breeze fuel programs, pricing structures, and partnership benefits Build trust‑based relationships with fleet decision‑makers (owners, operations managers, procurement leads) Secure signed fleet contracts, LOIs, or purchase commitments Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and track progress in CRM Collaborate with internal teams on pricing, contract terms, and onboarding Represent Cyclum/Breeze at industry events, trade shows, and fleet gatherings Provide market feedback on fleet needs, competitive activity, and regional opportunities Qualifications Experience in fleet sales, transportation, logistics, fuel supply, or B2B field sales Strong communication and relationship‑building skills Comfortable with field work, travel, and in‑person engagement Proven ability to open doors, build rapport, and close agreements Self‑driven, organized, and motivated by measurable goals Ability to explain value propositions clearly and confidently CRM experience preferred (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) What We Offer Competitive base salary + commission/bonus depending on experience Mileage reimbursement or vehicle allowance Flexible hybrid schedule with field autonomy Opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding clean‑energy company Supportive, collaborative team environment Meaningful work contributing to renewable energy adoption Compensation Compensation will be based on experience and includes a base salary plus commission/bonus tied to fleet contract acquisition and fuel volume commitments.
