Fleet Operations Managers

About Us Freedom Earned Rentals is a growing car rental agency and fleet management company based in Jonesboro. We rent vehicles through our agency and through Turo, and we manage a fleet of vehicles on behalf of private owners. We're a hands-on, fast-moving operation and we take pride in sending out clean, well-maintained vehicles every single time. The owner has built this business from the ground up and is now ready to bring on the right person to take over day-to-day fleet operations completely. What You'll Be Doing This is an active, on-the-go role — you won't be sitting at a desk. Every day looks something like this: Inspecting vehicles when they come back from rentals — photos of the exterior, interior, fuel level, and mileage Getting vehicles ready to go back out — clean, fueled, and checked over Driving vehicles to Tommy's Car Wash Express (right across the street) and cleaning interiors Transporting vehicles to oil changes, tire shops, and mechanic appointments Keeping in contact with body shops and repair facilities on the status of any vehicles in service Logging all vehicle activity into our system daily — check-ins, check-outs, maintenance, and repairs Flagging any issues to the owner before they become bigger problems What We're Looking For Reliable, on time, and takes ownership of their work Valid driver's license and a clean driving record — you'll be driving a variety of vehicles Detail-oriented — you notice things others miss Comfortable taking clear, organized photos on a smartphone Able to communicate clearly with vendors and mechanics Comfortable learning simple apps and software (we'll train you on our system) No car rental experience required. If you've worked at a car wash, auto dealership, rental counter, mechanic shop, or done any kind of vehicle-related work — we want to hear from you. We will train you on everything else.

Hours Monday-Friday:

7 AM•1

PM Saturday:

7 AM•12

PM Sunday:

On Call Exact schedule will be discussed during the interview. Some flexibility required based on rental activity. Pay $17.00•$19.24/hr depending on experience
