Flex Security Officer

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Mobile Patrol Flex Security Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for monitoring premises, preventing loss, and responding to emergencies while upholding the highest standards of professionalism. This part-time Flex position requires availability on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday , for all three shifts . Required shift times are as follows: 3rd

Shift:

3:30 AM - 10:00 AM & 1:30am-7:30am 1st shift 10:00am-6:00pm P atrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security. Conduct regular inspections of buildings, grounds, and parking lots. Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, assessing situations and taking appropriate action. Implement loss prevention strategies to deter theft and vandalism. Maintain surveillance using CCTV systems and report any suspicious activities. Provide first aid and CPR as needed in emergency situations. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary. Manage conflicts effectively while maintaining a calm demeanor. Prepare detailed reports on incidents, observations, and activities during shifts. Experience Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military service is preferred. Certification in First Aid and CPR is highly desirable. Familiarity with surveillance equipment such as CCTV systems is beneficial. Strong conflict management skills with the ability to de-escalate tense situations. Knowledge of loss prevention techniques is an asset. Excellent observational skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various environments.
