As a Clarion Security Licensed Flex Security Officer, you will be responsible for the security and safety of our client's property and personnel. You will know all site-specific policies and procedures, be attentive and alert, record and report incidents, and participate in the client's emergency response procedures as appropriate and provide superior customer service. This is a fill-in / as needed position . Officers in this role will be contacted to stand post based on operational needs and staffing coverage at any of our Nashville-area sites. Candidates must be flexible with scheduling and available to travel between locations as needed. Responsibilities Provide professional security presence at assigned posts Monitor premises and report incidents appropriately Maintain detailed and accurate activity reports Follow all site-specific post orders and company procedures Respond promptly to operational coverage needs Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining safety standards
