Responsibilities:

Provide compassionate and personalized care to clients in their homes, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and transportation Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and colleagues to ensure exceptional care and support Collaborate with the care team to create personalized care plans that meet the unique needs and goals of each client Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client care and services provided Participate in ongoing training and education to stay current with industry best practices and regulations

Requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent required 1 year of experience in caregiving, healthcare, or a related field preferred Ability to provide compassionate and empathetic care to clients Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lift, transfer, and position clients as needed Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
