Position Overview:

The RN Case Manager collaborates with physicians and the multidisciplinary team to develop and manage personalized care plans for an assigned caseload. •

10 Hour Shifts with weekend rotation

Qualifications:

Education:

Associates of Nursing Degree/Diploma Bachelor of Nursing Degree Experience:

2 years of RN experience

Licenses/Certifications:
