Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and adaptable Floating Leasing Consultant to join our vibrant property management team. In this role, you will serve as a versatile representative, providing exceptional leasing services across multiple communities. Your energetic approach will help foster positive relationships with prospective residents, current tenants, and property staff. You will be responsible for managing leasing inquiries, conducting property tours, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in property leasing, customer service, and administrative support while contributing to the success of diverse residential communities. Normal business hours are Monday-Friday 8 AM to 5PM, Saturday 10 AM to 4PM and Sunday 1 PM to 5 PM. You must have a valid driver's license and your own reliable transportation with active car insurance. We will perform credit, background, and drug screening. Responsibilities Act as a proactive leasing consultant for multiple properties, conducting engaging tours and presenting community features to prospective residents. Manage leasing inquiries via phone, email, and in person with enthusiasm and professionalism. Assist with lease contract preparation and renewal processes to maximize occupancy and revenue. Maintain accurate data entry in property management systems; update resident records diligently. Support property maintenance coordination by communicating resident needs and facilitating service requests Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management while maintaining confidentiality and organization. Collaborate with property teams on conflict management strategies and upselling opportunities to enhance resident satisfaction and retention. Skills Strong knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and landlord-tenant law. Excellent customer service skills with a professional phone etiquette; adept at conflict resolution and negotiation. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment; strong organizational skills for filing and data entry. Knowledge of facilities management principles including property maintenance coordination. Effective communication skills to build rapport with residents, prospects, vendors, and team members. $17.00 per hour
