Description of Work To clean and maintain various types of floor surfaces for all buildings on Cherry Hospital campus and other specialized projects. Knowledge Skills and Abilities/Management Preferences To clean and maintain tile and Terrazzo floors; cleans and maintains carpeted surfaces to maintain a high-level of sanitation and an attractive environment. Operates stripper, buffer, window-washer, etc. used by floor maintenance. maintenance.

Salary Range:

$31,200 - $48,810 Candidates now meet the minimum qualifications of a position if they meet the minimum education and experience listed on the vacancy announcement.
