Floor Supervisor

Deadwood Gulch is seeking a professional Floor Supervisor / Player's Club Representative to join our team. This dual-role position offers the opportunity to take on a key leadership presence on the casino floor while delivering elevated guest service through our Player's Club program.

Responsibilities:

Oversee casino floor activity to ensure efficient, compliant operations Lead team members and provide high-level guest support Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and discretion Respond to and coordinate resolution of gaming machine issues Interpret and enforce house rules and gaming procedures

Player's Club Duties:

Enroll new members and manage player accounts Assist with comps, rewards, and point redemptions Promote exclusive promotions, events, and loyalty incentives Verify identification and ensure regulatory compliance

Qualifications:

Prior casino, hospitality, or supervisory experience preferred Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Must be able to stand/walk for extended periods Valid gaming license required
