Job Description

Overview We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented flooring installer for a residential project in Sutherland, VA 23885. This is a straightforward installation job with minimal prep required. We are looking for someone reliable who can handle the project cleanly and efficiently. Scope of Work Approx. 130 sq ft click-lock laminate install Tear-out and disposal of existing carpet and padding Subfloor inspection and prep Underlayment installation (customer-supplied) Transition piece installation at doorway opening Leave existing baseboards in place Essential Requirements Proven experience with laminate or LVP flooring installation Experience with carpet tear-outs and disposal Must have your own reliable tools Strong attention to detail and professionalism Reliable transportation to job site

$500.00 per day
