Floral Associate

Draeger's Supermarkets, Inc in Los Altos is seeking a part-time Floral Clerk immediately. The ideal candidate would have experience in the floral field. Draeger's is a family-owned grocery store that offers a fine blend of gourmet, international and natural foods, prepared foods/bakery products, meat, wine, catering, beverages and cookware products. This position reports to the Floral Manager. $22.00 to $24.00 per hour, depending on experience. Principle Duties and Responsibilities (includes the following but not limited to): Making Floral arrangements Greet each customer with friendly eye contact. Provide excellent customer service. Taking phone and walk in orders from the customers Reliable, punctual, and committed to customer service

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

At least 2 years in Floral industry Possess excellent interpersonal skill and ability to communicate effectively with customers, other team members and leadership. Able to work a variety of shifts primarily weekends and evenings, and holidays. We are a union store and offer paid vacation after one year of employment. Benefits are administered through the Union.
