Floral Designer

Have the creative freedom to assemble masterpieces for display in high-end buildings. We require a minimum of 10 years of experience working in a similar capacity. Responsibilities Design and create floral arrangements for various events such as weddings, funerals, and special occasions. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their floral needs and preferences. Maintain inventory levels by stocking supplies and managing the floral department's stock efficiently. Operate the POS system and cash register accurately for processing sales transactions. Communicate effectively with customers to understand their requirements and offer suitable recommendations. Perform landscape maintenance as needed to ensure the presentation of outdoor floral displays is at its best. Organize the workspace to maintain a clean and efficient environment conducive to creativity. Experience Previous experience in floral design is preferred a must; a willingness to learn is essential. Designing lobby centerpieces is a must, creativity with minimal directions Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively in a busy retail setting. Proficiency in English for clear communication with customers and team members. Extensive knowledge about flower care and ability to handle stress environment.
