Summary:

We are currently recruiting for a Floris who is detail oriented, enthusiastic, team oriented, tech-savvy, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and has in-depth of knowledge and experience in horticulture.

Responsibilities:

The Florist/Job Coach is responsible for the fiscal management of the department as well as process flow, quality improvement, and general business operations for sales and customer service of the Garden Center. In addition, the Florist oversees floral design, as well as training and transportation of clients as needed, driving clients to and from their worksite jobs, flower deliveries, general care of flowers, and supervising and managing retail sales of gift shop merchandise. Our Vocational department is a small, tightly-knit team of talented people who are helping people follow their dreams and change lives everyday.

Qualifications:

At least one year of experience in floral design and retail management. Must have reliable transportation, valid Oklahoma driver's license, auto insurance as required by the State of Oklahoma, must pass OSBI background check, and no prior listing on the Oklahoma Community Registry.
