Job Purpose:

Skilled in mechanical/electrical operations of facilities. Perform maintenance and repairs to standard facility equipment. Work with 3rd party vendors to ensure maintenance & repairs are conducted timely Your tasks: Skilled in mechanical/electrical operations of facilities. Document all work within DHL maintenance system Perform maintenance and repairs to standard facility equipment (HVAC, Lighting, Plumbing, etc.) Work with 3rd party vendors to ensure maintenance & repairs are conducted timely. Surveying buildings and repair mechanical systems Performing maintenance of electrical systems Assisting in the setup of ventilation, refrigeration, and other systems Perform manual repairs when necessary (fix locks, replace windows etc.) Stakeholders Explain facts, practices, policies, etc. to others within the organization adhering to narrowly defined procedures, standards and guidelines Support and interact primarily with colleagues of own team Communicate information that requires some explanation or interpretation Address task-related issues appropriately to maintain work relationships Your profile: Education Level Vocational or Technical education with FM certification Associates degree in technical field a plus Experience Level More than 2 years in Facility Management with a technical focus.
