Foam Molder

Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Foam Trimmer, molder and Assembler to join our manufacturing team in Blaine, MN. The ideal candidate will be responsible for trimming and finishing products to meet quality standards in a fast-paced factory environment. This role requires proficiency with hand tools and power tools, as well as a solid understanding of assembly line processes. Responsibilities Utilize hand tools and power tools to trim and finish products according to specifications. Accurately remove flash off parts per customer specifications. Inspect finished products for quality assurance, making adjustments as necessary. Assemble parts per customer specifications. Pack finished parts. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Shift:

Monday - Friday, 6:30am - 3pm, $18/hr Requirements Candidates must have at least 1 year of experience assembling and trimming plastic and/or foam pieces in a manufacturing environment. Candidates must be able to pass a State Background Check. Candidates must be able to lift up to 40lbs with no restrictions.
