FOH Restaurant Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the front of house department, including catering, bartending, banquet, and food production.
• Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
• Train and supervise front of house staff, including servers, bartenders, and hosts.
• Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth food service and timely delivery of meals.
• Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area.
• Assist the general manager in developing and implementing policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role, such as assistant manager or front of house manager, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
