  • Part-time, Full-time Shift Lead — George & Kin's George & Kin's is looking for a dependable, experienced Shift Lead to help run daily service, support the team, and keep the guest experience feeling warm, organized, and easy.
This is a hands-on role for someone who has been in restaurants for a while, knows how to lead by example, and can help keep the floor moving without making things feel too corporate or stiff.
Pay:
$20/hr + tips
Experience:
Minimum 10 years of hospitality experience required What You'll Do Lead shifts and support the team during service Help keep guests happy and the room feeling good Support training, coaching, and accountability Keep service clean, organized, and on pace Communicate clearly with FOH, BOH, and management Jump in wherever needed We're Looking For Someone Who Is Experienced, calm, and reliable Friendly and genuinely hospitality-minded Comfortable leading a team Organized without being uptight Good under pressure Proud to be part of a neighborhood restaurant To apply, send your resume and a brief note about your experience.
