FOH Team & Prep Cook (Catering & Luaus)

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and dedicated FOH (Front of House) Team & Prep Cook to join our catering and hospitality team. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional food service, preparing delicious meals, and supporting catering operations to ensure a seamless guest experience. Responsibilities Assist with food preparation, cooking, and plating for catering events and daily service Support the front-of-house team by serving guests efficiently and courteously Maintain high standards of food safety, handling, and sanitation throughout all stages of meal preparation and service Help with menu planning by organizing ingredients and ensuring timely delivery of prepared items Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during busy periods and special events Properly handle food, utensils, and equipment in accordance with health regulations Contribute to the setup, breakdown, and cleanup of catering stations and dining areas Requirements Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or catering environments is preferred Strong kitchen skills including food preparation, cooking, knife skills, and meal assembly Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures Experience with dietary department or dietary aide roles is a plus Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends or evenings as needed Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding food experiences!
